Coming down pretty hard too. I hate April. It's the worst month EVER in Utah.

Anyone else gobsmacked at the American Idol results? Syesha and Carly didn't belong in the bottom two this week--Brooke and Jason did. (Go me for finally learning their names.) And Brooke should have gone home. You could see on her face she knew it too. Oh well. Carly will do better on her own, I think.

In other news, we finished S3 of Who last night (yay for our outstanding library). This show has the ability to make me cry like a baby and giggle like a madwoman within a five-minute period. FACE OF BOE, y'all. That will NEVER GET OLD. *is still giggling*

Okay. Today, I must hack the word count on the Bunny From Hell story down to below a thousand words. Wish me luck.

Hey, look, it stopped snowing. A ten-minute storm. ETA: Nevermind, it's still coming down. Just not blizzard-y.

I love April. It's just the promise of spring that keeps me hopeful! Hopefully, we're done with snow, but this is usually a big month for tornadoes and thunderstorms. So far, not bad, because it is an unusually cool spring.

I don't like April because it's supposed to be Spring, but it's still blizzarding outside. Yes, it started up again. *grumbles* I'm sick of winter and want the nice weather to start, and we've had woefully few actual nice days this month. Global warming, my ASS.

I wouldn't mind thunderstorms. I like thunderstorms. But all we're getting is more snow and more cold. Bah. *is grumpy*

yeah, here in MN we're scheduled to go on a scout camp out tomorrow evening.. guess what's in the forecast for us? yep.. snow here too.. yay..

SO much hate for the snow. I know we need the moisture (and yay for the drought being broken this year), but I'm sick of this. I want to be able to go to the zoo and the aviary and the park and birdwatching without freezing my tuchus off.

It made me both laugh and cry. I loved it and can't wait to watch S4.

I cried during that climax of the Season 3 finale... very moving. Although, I didn't cry as much as I did at the S2 finale of Torchwood, DW's spinoff... oh my gosh.. I know you mentioned you don't have cable (or have limited cable?), but you can probably watch episodes on BBCAmerica.com... and I'm sure they have them on Youtube somewhere.

But yeah, the whole Face of Boe thing... I had to pause my DVR and just laugh hysterically. I was dumbfounded. But it makes sense! I love DW! And Torchwood!

And that's crazy that it's snowing.

And I agree with AI. While I'm not upset about Carly going home (she can sing pretty well, but this week her performance was just okay for me) , but I thought Jason and Brooke should've been the bottom 2 (and what's with Syesha being in the bottom 2/3 a lot? She's REALLY good!) Personally, I like both Jason and Brooke but Brooke messed up this week, and Jason's version of "Memories" was just awful and he should've gone home for that. Oh well... I've learned, watching consistently since last season, that the results are never what they should be (i.e. Melinda going home before Blake last year).

Anyway, enough of my Idol rant. Hope you get spring-like weather again and soon!

No cable, and streaming video doesn't work well on DSL, alas. However, I *cough* have my methods, if I want to go that route. Or I can wait for the library to get them.
