I haz an END at the bottom of the Zombies! story. And I don't loathe it. JOY.

Now I get to edit it into some semblance of sense-making.

I was going to post a picture of the massive snowstorm we woke up to this morning, but it looks like I'm going to have to reload PaintShopPro to get it to work properly. *sigh* I love computer crashes. Really.

And the Lost series finale rocked like a big rocking thing, other than a couple of issues I had with it. Like, where was Mr. Eko? He was one of my favorite characters. Ana Lucia gets a mention and he doesn't? TANJ.

Also, the Hubby totally called it when he said, not far into the first season, "Purgatory Island. They're all dead." And he's a pilot; he knows when a crash isn't survivable.

I guess the whole thing where they said at the start that everything was explainable by SCIENCE, DAMMIT, was either a giant red herring or they just gave up and said "Let's go with THIS instead. Because it's more fun anyway."

Ben just about broke my heart. He was totally my favorite character. Hands down. He kept getting hosed, and kept getting back up. You gotta love a guy like that.

But other than those quibbles, I quite enjoyed it. SHANNON AND SAYID AWWWWWWWWWWWW.

I hear you on the lack of Eko. I wonder if the actor just wasn't available or something. Dang real life for messing up artistic visions. :)

For me, the absolute tear jerker moment happened when I thought Jack was about to die alone and I felt just horrible. Then Vincent came and laid down next to him and everything was all right. That tugged at serious heartstrings.

So much about this satisfied emotionally even if I didn't get my answers, I honestly didn't expect to.

And the whole "die alone" thing didn't even strike me until now. It's funny how Jack has never really pinged me as a character. I probably would have picked up on that had it been anyone else. *headdesks*
