I've said it before, and I'll say it again. Chase has gotten a lot more interesting since he's grown a spine.

Okay, first of all, House and Wilson playing house? Was hilarious. Also, WILSON DID A TRUE BLOOD REFERENCE. AND IT WAS AWESOME. With a bad Southern accent! OMG.

I'm not sure how much I like House turning into a Decent Human Being, but I'll take it for now; it's character growth. The curing of the phantom pain thing was very interesting. Too bad there's not a technique like that for curing real pain--House might be less of a miserable bastard if he didn't HURT all the time.

And the thing with Chase killing a patient. You know, there's your Ethics as a Doctor, and your Ethics as a Human Being. The whole "would you kill Hitler if you had the chance" conundrum.

And maybe it makes me a Bad Christian, but... yeah. I would. I think. Because, damn.

I used to watch House, and then grew bored, so I quit watching it. Your description makes me wish I had watched it. =)

Ummm...it probably makes me a bad Christian too, but evil is evil, and I don't think I'd have a problem with it either. Kill one and save several, hundreds, thousands, millions? Yeah, no problem.

What's cool is that Chase is having a hard time with it--he's not all "la-de-dah, I don't have a problem with this." So it's more complicated than it seems and the writers aren't just glossing over the issues, which is nice to see. Very meaty ep.
