I don't know, if you look at the entries on the community dedicated to him, apparently he does. He hassles people who don't even write fanfic! And goes ballistic when they tell him, very reasonably, that they don't. So strange.

I'm very tempted to IM him with one of my socks and offer to write something for him...

If he were to ever message me, I'd agree immediately! - and start quoting rates. Such and so cents per word, half in advance…

I daresay that would shut him off instantly.

You know, Baen's pays 25 cents a word for something they commission... I think you could charge him at least that much.
