The ReaverFic has a "the end" at the bottom of it. Yay. [livejournal.com profile] justmalea is looking it over for obvious errors and verisimiltude. *hugs her* The Hubby has made a couple of suggestions, which I have incorporated. He also gave me the title, which is cool because I suck at titles. *hugs him* I'll probably post it tomorrow.

OMG, this fic. I obviously read way too much Stephen King when I was in high school, and it scarred me for life. I need to write fluffy bunny fic now, plzkthx, Antubis. I realize that you're a fanged anteater who eats people's souls and you don't really do "fluff" as such, but maybe just this once?

I've done the math, and I've scribbled around 40,000 words this year in 14 finished fics (if you count all those Spike/Fred drabbles as one fic, which seems reasonable). Wow. For some reason, I don't feel like I've been writing at all, but that's most of a novel. Weird.

i will have to read this sometime and let you know if it is as dark as you say. considering the fact that i initially labelled "chain" as "kinda darkish" until people kept saying that i should really consider upping that warning - my view is a bit skewed to the dark side. a chapter I labelled "fluffy" apparently gave people nightmares.

if you can give me nightmares, i will love you forever.

I'll be posting it here tomorrow, probably. If you read it, please do let me know if it's as dark as I think it is. If YOU think it's dark, then that's quite an accomplishment. :)

it might be awhile before i can read it. the weekdays - this week in particular - leave me little time for reading.

keep bugging me about it too. my sense of time passing is much different from other peoples. if i say i plan to do something soon, that could me within the next year unless i'm prodded into hurrying my sorry ass up.

Congrats on finishing and that's a very impressive body of work for a year. How do you find the time? Or do you just write fast?

Well, I'm at home full time, and Da Boy is an independent little cuss and entertains himself most of the time. And I really don't feel like I write fast at all; if I do five hundred words in a day, that's a real accomplishment. I've found that a deadline concentrates the mind wonderfully, however, and ficathons make up six of the fourteen and the bulk of the word count. Not only that, but everything else on the list, with the exception of two things (the first thing I wrote this year, and the thing I just finished), were written to prompts.

I'll be posting the thing I just finished in a few minutes.
