I had the worst time coming up with a summary that doesn't spoil the thing. But I knew that if I didn't warn for the angst, that people would be calling for my head on a platter. Now I can just point and say "Told ya" and look innocent.

I'm still waiting for someone to bust my chops over the fact that he's wearing one of his Hawaiian shirts in the fic instead of the flight suit he got impaled in. Which should have been the first clue that something was slightly askew...

I did notice that but not in that way. I just kept thinking about how you said it was a clean white shirt underneath. I expected him to get shot then or start bleeding or something. It was very nice imagery.
