I've finished the two_of_us_ficathon story. All it needs is a title. *evil laughter* Can't publish it until June, however, so you'll just have to wait. The Hubby was a total doll and helped tremendously with it. He's good that way, for Firefly stuff.

I got my assignment from the random_urges ficathon today. Okay, writing fic for one of my favorite authors, who probably doesn't even know I exist? Is intimidating. Have to admit I'm wibbling a bit here, although the pairing is something I can totally get behind. I hope I can do it justice.

However, the next thing I need to work on is my apocalypothon assignment, since it's due in three weeks. YIKES. IT'S DUE IN THREE WEEKS! (Hear that, Antubis? It's due in three weeks!) And I think what I'm going to do is use my Fred-on-Serenity fic as a jumping-off point for it, because otherwise, I got nothin'. This accomplishes the dual goal of writing something for this ficathon and finishing that story, which is a win-win, right?
