Dec. 14th, 2012 10:01 amI realize that political disagreements are a fact of life, especially somewhere like Twitter, where it seems like whatever word vomit your brain spews in a given moment is worth telling the world about. For example, this.
But I'm at the point where I'm not going to feel obligated to follow a random stranger who followed me and then proceeds to crap all over my views several times a day. People I've met are one thing. Random strangers are quite another. And, you know, I may be violating some unwritten Twitter Law by just abruptly unfollowing someone without any explanation--but I don't really think I owe a person I've never met or talked to a dissertation on why I decided to unfollow them, to be honest. And 140 characters is hardly the venue for that anyway.
I am amused, however, by the fact that the Granite School District has decided to follow me. 1. They're not my school district. 2. I homeschool. So, double fail on their part. Why they think I'd be interested in anything they had to say is a question for the ages. Why they're interested in what I have to say is another question for the ages. Most of my tweets are whining about writing, much like here.
