I don't think they're going to be pouring out in quite this profusion anymore. I'm getting to the point where Plot is actually going to have to start coming into play, and I'm still not sure exactly what that is.

But I do know that I'm going to have to start dealing with the dubcon issues, the Stockholm Syndrome issues, and Ben's massive guilt. Not to mention the fact that he's just about back at Square One with the panic attacks.

Boy, is Janni going to be pissed. Not at him, but when she meets Angeline, it's going to be epic.

I don't think they're going to be pouring out in quite this profusion anymore. I'm getting to the point where Plot is actually going to have to start coming into play, and I'm still not sure exactly what that is.

But I do know that I'm going to have to start dealing with the dubcon issues, the Stockholm Syndrome issues, and Ben's massive guilt. Not to mention the fact that he's just about back at Square One with the panic attacks.

I just realized that I've got a 1600-word scene that needs to be excised because it doesn't fit what I need to do with the narrative anymore.

Unsurprisingly, it's the first one I wrote, and was the "inspiration" for the rest of this trainwreck. Also unsurprisingly, it's at the end of the current doc.

I'm not going to delete it completely, obviously, but it'll end up in a "deleted scenes" doc.

Argh.

I just realized that I've got a 1600-word scene that needs to be excised because it doesn't fit what I need to do with the narrative anymore.

Of course, I say that as someone who has a passing familiarity at best with X-Men canon. I've seen the other movies. That's about it. I have no idea how much character assassination is going on there, but from where I was sitting in that theater? Ohyespleasegivememoreofthat.

Also, Hugh Jackman. NAKED.

Let me reiterate. THERE IS NO BAD THERE.

Okay, I'll tuck my inner drooling fangirl back in now. We also saw Star Trek last night. Very entertaining. But my overall reaction to it was: They've started the Big Dumb Summer Movies a bit a early this year, haven't they?
