We just got back from Wolverine.
And I don't care what anyone says. THERE IS NO BAD THERE.
Of course, I say that as someone who has a passing familiarity at best with X-Men canon. I've seen the other movies. That's about it. I have no idea how much character assassination is going on there, but from where I was sitting in that theater? Ohyespleasegivememoreofthat.
OH, LOGAN.
Also: OH, WADE. GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH.
Also, Hugh Jackman. NAKED.
Let me reiterate. THERE IS NO BAD THERE.
Okay, I'll tuck my inner drooling fangirl back in now. We also saw Star Trek last night. Very entertaining. But my overall reaction to it was: They've started the Big Dumb Summer Movies a bit a early this year, haven't they?
