First, for casting:
We have Angel, of course. I mean, it'd hardly be S6 without him, right? But we also have...

DUN DUN DUUUUNNNN...

WESLEY! Ghost!Wesley, but, still. YAY.

And Gunn! Fighting demons. Go, Gunn!

And Connor! Working together with Nina and Gwen! There's not enough woo for that sort of hoo, baby.

And Betta George! *flails*

I can hear those of you who haven't been reading the previous comics going "Buh? Who the hell is Betta George?" Betta George is total awesomesauce. He was introduced in "Spike: Asylum" and continued in "Spike: Shadow Puppets." He's a telepathic floating fish who doesn't need water.

So, there's our cast, so far. From seeing some upcoming covers, I'm thinking that Spike and Illyria are going to be making appearances pretty soon.

As for actual story?

Remember the dragon? Remember Angel saying he sort of wanted to slay it?

Heh. He's riding it now. *flails* HOW COOL IS THAT??? Anyway, LA is now Hell. Angel's still banging around the W&H building, apparently still working for them sort of in a way, but subverting them and saving humans (sending them to Connor, Gwen, and Nina, apparently) whenever he can.
