Clearly, making a Thing illegal does not stop that Illegal Thing from happening. I mean, murder is illegal, and that certainly didn't stop Belcher from murdering Kasandra. Perhaps instead of decrying "gun culture," you should instead decry a culture that cheapens life to the point where they casually talk about poppin' a cap in that bitch and no one blinks.

I mean, I live in Utah. I hang out with a bunch of bona fide gun nuts and am heavily involved in "gun culture." And every single one of these people is horrified by the notion of it being necessary to actually exercise their concealed carry permit to the point of killing someone.

So, Mr. Costas, maybe it would behoove you to actually research real gun culture before you pop off about it.

Just a suggestion.

I think what irritates me more than anything is that I read that stupid editorial that Costas quoted on Fox Sports earlier that day, thought it was stupid then, and its stupidity was not improved upon by Bob's adding to it. I was subjected to the same exact idiocy twice in one day and I snapped.
