As you know, Bob, he made a suggestion last week that I gleefully incorporated, and which made the story so much better. Now he's made another one.
Of course, this is (probably) going to blow my self-imposed deadline clean out of the water. But that's the beauty of a self-imposed deadline: There's no real penalty for not meeting it.
This thing is turning into a monster. If I could think of another couple of plot lines, and stretch this one out just a touch, I'd have a novel. Whether I want a novel is a question for the ages, but since everything else seems to be stalled right now, why the hell not.
