You know those freakin' annoying SNAP things you get by hovering over a link for a half a second? You can disable it in LJ in your Viewing Options page by scrolling down to "Graphic Previews" and unchecking the box. And you can disable it for all websites by clicking on the little gear in the upper right-hand corner and selecting the "disable for all websites" option.

HALLELUJAH. Gads, I hated that "feature."

I finally got so sick of it I looked in the LJ FAQs and did a search for Snap. I figured they might have something in there on how to shut it off if you could, and they do. :)
