I noticed that Amazon had Heroes S1 on sale for $24.99 today (while ordering my own Christmas gifts, and how much does the Hubby ROCK for getting me what he's getting me? DUDES), and it occurred to me to wonder tonight whether Best Buy also had it on sale, because I got a $25 gift card from my Lil Bro for Christmas. Lo and behold, they did. However, the sale ends TODAY. But I did my intarwebs-fu and ordered that puppy STAT, and it should soon be in my hot little hands--for the princely sum of $3.83 out of pocket.

Anyone who hasn't gotten their DVDs yet, now is kind of a perfect time. You don't see prices like that every day, especially on a (fairly) new release like this.

Hee! Very cool! I can relate. I did practically the same thing with ALL 5 SEAONS of "Angel"! I somehow stumbled across them on sale at Amazon for $70 (for the boxed set) and had a $50 gift cert and therefore only paid $20 for ALL 5 SEASONS! Oh my giddy aunt! HEE! I'm just SO tickled by that. ;)
