I'm waffling.

Those who know me know that this is nothing new. What am I waffling about, dear flist, that warrants spamming you with a useless LJ post?

Well, I'll tell you.

Whether I should make the protagonist in my Giant Bug story (a) an entomologist, or (b) an exterminator.

Part of my problem is that I have no idea what I want to happen. I have, as aforementioned, no plot as of yet. If I could decide on a profession for my protagonist, that might spark something that would drive said non-existant plot.

I totally read that! I should print out his LJ posts and stick them in a binder...

Entomologist for a serious story, exterminator for funny. I think empathy is more interesting and involving. Exterminator has all kinds of firepower potential for pure action and comedy.
