Seriously, I'm going to beat my Muses to death. Or I would, if I could find my baseball bat.

My POV woes continue. I'm considering making the thing all from my werewolf's viewpoint, and just tagging an epilogue onto the end with the alien's thoughts on the whole contretemps. Because doing one scene in first person, then swapping to third, back to first, and back to third?

Well, it's not confusing me, because I'm writing the damb thing. But I bet my poor readers will be scratching their heads. Setting the first person scenes off in italics or something is an option, but one I really don't like for a variety of reasons.

Frell, frak, dren, gorram ruttin' pigu...

Not only that, but I have to skip Wednesday Write this week, unless we can do it Saturday or Sunday. *sigh*

When you first mentioned doing the werewolf POV scenes first person and the rest third person I thought that wasn't the best way to do it, and that consistent first person would be much better, and I considered commenting to suggest it.

The problem is, doing the whole thing in first person from his POV would require a huge revamping of the middle scene that's in third. I can leave the last scene as it is and stick it in italics, but it's that middle scene...

Ah well. I'll figure it out.
