Another Drabble

Dirty Little Secret
Wes slouched on his couch morosely, a whiskey in one hand and the remote in the other. Eyes glazed, not really paying attention as he flipped through channels, he could only think about her. How his plan had been responsible for her death, and now he'd never get to tell her how he felt. How just being with her set him afire in ways that he'd never imagined possible.
But he couldn't tell them he'd loved her. She'd been evil. They wouldn't understand.
So he went to his bed alone, curling around her imaginary body and trying to keep warm.
