I'm not feeling particularly creative right now.
My flist (which totally ROCKS, by the way) bailed me out of a sticky problem last night. All I have to do is write the next scene, which I have in mind. I think I'm nearly done with this thing, in fact.
And I don't feel like it. *stomps feet*
It's feeling like a lot of slogging for not much reward. Other than the putting the words down on the screen and sticking a "the end" at the bottom, I'm not getting a whole lot here. It's a lonely business. I don't get to post it on LJ for feedback except for a few people. It's a really different experience from writing fanfiction, where you get instant feedback practically the second you post.
That being said.
Last year, at this time, I'd written about 18,000 words.
This year, so far, I'm up to about 25,500.
This is counting the CatFeet fic (which has a "the end" but still needs some minor edits), and not counting the WerewolfFic (which is still in progress).
All those words, for this year? Are OrigiFic words.
So. I guess that's a win. Right?
But I still don't feel like writing. *sigh*

anthropomorphic personificationsrepresentations of my Muses, I chose those two.If you're talking about the icon on the main entry, that's Ka D'Argo from Farscape.
