Really.

Their email server went down this week. While they work frantically to fix it, they've posted the following message on their homepage:

Email Server Issue: Networld's email system experienced a disk drive failure in a Raid setup. In this type of drive setup one drive can fail and technically this is a redundant system that we replace the drive and it can rebuild itself. However This is not working as it is supppose to. This is the reason for the delay in getting our email system backup, what this affects is our web-based email customers. We are working diligently to prevent dataloss for our web-based customers, this will not affect any user's using outlook except that the mail system is down during this recovery. We plan to have a solution early today in getting the email system backup and running while we continue to repair the defective drives.

Yup, folks, that's verbatim; I didn't change a thing. Makes me want to get all red-pen-y.

And now you see why I'll never let my child go to a Utah public school.

That makes the baby copy editor cry. Everybody needs a copy editor. Maybe I should just go freelance...?

Ouch. I'd excuse the bad English if techie expertise were present, but that message makes me think that both are missing.

Give 'em credit - the guy took on "diligently" and came out the other side.

Yes, but he missed the "d" on the end of "suppose" and spelled it with three
"p's." He loses.

An introduction to the lovely comma and the knowledge of when to apply the sweet thing would be in order.
