"Happily N'Ever After"...

...

wasn't horrid.

It wasn't really good, either.

It was just sort of...there.

Da Boy, who is five, enjoyed it. Yeah.

But if you dare to go, be sure to stay a little way through the credits to find out what happened to the Wicked Stepmother. Because that part actually made me laugh out loud.

In other news, I picked up S2 of "Veronica Mars" at Target today for $26. Sale ends the 13th.

Sounds like about what I expected. There are too many movies I really want to see to put this on my list. I saw Eragon because I wanted to see the pretty dragon. I got my pretty dragon but that movie stank, almost made it not worth it.

Ow...that's one that's on our list to see too. I haven't read the books, however, so I'm going to be judging it on its own merits instead of comparing it to something.

We want to see "The Pursuit of Happyness," and "Children of Men" is on my personal list. CoM is rated R, however, so we'd either have to get a sitter for Da Boy or go separately--or wait for it to come out on DVD. And that never goes well. LOL

Children of Men is on my short list. We saw Pursuit of Happyness this weekend. It's excellent! Da Boy might be a little bored but there's nothing he shouldn't see in it. It's a true story so you know how it ends. For all that, there was a tremendous amount of suspense to it.

VM is only 26 bucks??? Sweet! I may have to make a run to Target then, lol.

After watching the first 8 episodes of Season 1 with a friend, he let me borrow it and I watched the rest of the episodes in like two or three days. I was thinking of buying Season 2, but it was a little too expensive. Now... I think I'm gonna go to Target, lol.
