X Factor, what are you thinking?

So, Vino Alan has been consistently in the top 3 since this started. CeCe Frey has consistently been a bottom performer because, frankly, America doesn't actually like her much. She's gotten through by the skin of her teeth more than once.

And Vino has one bad week (probably because his mentor screwed him over more than anything else, yes, thank you, LA, for changing his song at the last minute)--and you boot him unceremoniously.

What is wrong with you people? Simon, really, I have no idea why you think Little Miss Spoiled Princess there has a better chance of winning this than Vino, who has more talent in his tattooed little finger than she has in all that hair (good Lord; I like it, don't get me wrong, but I grew up in the damn 80's). It makes me wonder if you guys haven't been looking for a reason to get rid of him because he doesn't fit your stupid paradigm. And that reason presented itself, and you grabbed it with both hands.

Gross.

I hope he has a producer or six knocking on his door soon.

In other news, today's the day I start poking the bunny hutch and outlining for my January short-story version of NaNo. Wish me luck.
