I just volunteered to be on a Firefly panel at writercon. Show of hands; who on my flist is going?

I also signed up for The Congo in ludditerobot's Africander Ficathon. Because I want to write dinosaur fic. Because, as aforementioned, I'm on crack.

Don't forget to vote in my poll. I'll be closing it soon and making a final decision. So far, the Firefly BeagleFic is winning hands down, but there's only ten eleven votes.

Because the lovely and effulgent chrisleeoctaves is putting up the WriterCon archive so we can get to know one another through fic. Since I've written 27 fics so far this year, I couldn't decide which ONE I wanted to send to her. So I put it to my flist. :-)

Well, most of them are short, only a couple are over 5K words. So, whether that's really "a lot" or not is kind of an open question. I did an analysis of what I'd done so far in this post. Which reminds me, I need to update my chart, because I added another chapter to "Cerberus" and wrote a gratuitous backrub fic since then.
