Just FYI, Berkeley did all their due diligence for Milo "Doucheface" Yiannopolous. They supplied university police to protect his event and created a place for students to peacefully protest, which they did. It was only when the anarchist group Black Bloc showed up that things got violent. University and city police again did their job and got Doucheface out of there. Neither the school nor the students were at fault for the violence. The anarchists just want to burn it all down and set people against each other.

*Believe it or not, this is information I got from Bret Baier's show on FOX. My mom watches it.

**Milo is a douche, face it.

The UCPD made three arrests. Three. Two of which weren't even connected to the riot. While people were assaulting people, spraying graffiti, setting things on fire, breaking windows, and causing approximately $100,000 worth of damage. Not only that, but "According to Berkeley Police Department spokesperson Officer Byron White, the city of Berkeley did not make any arrests in connection with the protests Wednesday night." Source, emphasis mine.

I don't see that as "due diligence." I see that as gross negligence. And considering the fact that the event did not go forward as planned, they also did a piss-poor job of "protecting the event." I don't care who was "at fault." I care that a violent riot was not quelled and that the mayor of the city seems to be excusing the behavior because the speaker in question is a "douche."
