agilebritA thousand-word day. That feels really damn good. Even if the story is running off in a direction I didn't expect and I'm half-thinking I started too late rather than too soon (I'm starting with a reaction shot rather than a body) and Ben is being an uncooperative little shit.
I really have no idea where this is going. Of course, what else is new? *bangs head on keyboard*
But I think I'm done working on the thing for now. We shall see what happens on the morrow...
I'm also wondering if I should use new characters for this instead of plugging Ben into it. I'm not sure how much play his PTSD is going to get and how well I can really explain it within the scope of this story, which is supposed to be a standalone.
