agilebritAnother wild weekend of racing at 'Dega. Man, I love that track. Because it gives us moments like this.
This was Carl Edwards in the last lap of today's race.
This was Matt Kenseth yesterday:
Both drivers walked away from pretty horrific wrecks, although if Matt's car hadn't landed back on its wheels, it might have been iffy, because his car was on fire. Carl's car was on fire too (I think they said it ripped the carburetor off), but he climbed out and ran across the finish line to a standing ovation. I just hope no one in the crowd was hurt, because his car was shredding the fence pretty good, and you could see stuff flying off of it. I'm not sure anything got as far as people, though.
Also, Carl finished ahead of Kyle Busch (The Punk), and that's always a feel-good moment.
Never a dull moment there.
