Looks like we're heading to Port Aransas, Texas, tomorrow in the Cessna to visit my parents on the beach. The Hubby has five days off in a row, and we're going to take full advantage of it. And it's shorts weather down there, so yay for that! Planning on returning Monday.
Looks to be at least a ten-hour flight, so we're going to stop in Roswell or Lubbock or Amarillo for lunch and then hop the rest of the way down to the coast. We should have internet access during our trip, but if we don't, then updates will be spotty.
My back feels much better this evening. Maybe standing up for a half hour or so for the Trunk or Treat thing helped it...or maybe the ibuprofen has finally decided to start doing its job. Either way...YAY.
Writing? What is this "writing" of which you speak? Still mulling the "insane alien" idea, but I need more than that, plot-wise, to hang my hat on.
