agilebritUgh. I hate this; summer colds are the worst. I was a Bad Mommy today; Da Boy and I went to Burger King for lunch and then I parked him in front of the TV. Bleh.
In other news, I've found Farscape for cheap, here. Cheap being relative, of course. For those unfamiliar with the Starburst editions, they're double-sided discs that supposedly have all the original content of the original, much more expensive, DVDs. Three "Starburst editions" make up a whole season, and DVDPacific has them cheaper than DeepDiscountDVD and their shipping is eminently reasonable.
Writing? What is this "writing" of which you speak? Speaking of Muppets, I've adopted a new Muse. I'd like everyone to meet Flaubert:
If he looks familiar, that's because he was Miss Piggy's pet anteater in "Muppet Treasure Island." He will be my light and fluffy Muse, for writing crap like this:
Jayne scooped the wounded dog up, cradling her on her back. Her head darted towards his hand, and he had a microsecond to wonder if she was going to bite him, but her tongue came out and licked him on the thumb.
