It's from Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, starring RDJ, Val Kilmer, and Michelle Monaghan, written and directed by Shane Black--of Lethal Weapon and Iron Man 3 fame. It was a little indy movie released in 2005, made about $5million at the box office, and sank without a trace. I think twelve people have seen it.
But the characters, plot, and pacing, not to mention the dialogue, are just amazing. If you get the chance to see it, you totally should. It is one of my very favorite movies--and sort-of-kind-of the origin of this guy here, although the only resemblance Ben now bares to Harry is that he's played by RDJ in my head, calls his women "honey," and is constantly getting the absolute shit beaten out of him.

But the whole movie is vastly amusing and I adore it more every time I watch it.
