Productive meeting with Writing Buddy last night...

I mentioned to him that I'm sucking at the whole "comfort" part of H/C, seeing as how Ben is now off the island and "safe" (for a certain value of "safe"), and I'm having a hard time putting him back together again.

And then I realized that, while this is the "comfort" part for Ben...it's the "hurt" part for Janni. So, if I just switch my mindset around a little, I might actually be able to write this part with some semblance of competence. Because Lord knows I'm good at hurting my characters.

And then I get to throw him face-first into danger yet again.
