Gakked from just about everyone on my flist:

The Fandom Drabble Challenge

Every person on your flist gets to request a drabble from you. In return, they have to post this in their journal and write a drabble for you. (Or not. you choose. non-writers & busy people are allowed to play.) Post all fandoms you're willing to write for. Your friends can pick a relationship, a story arc, a missing scene, or pretty much anything they want, unless the author has previously mentioned that they will not write it. They comment with what they want, and you write drabbles and post it in your LiveJournal.

Rules

1. The author can choose three relationships and three story arcs they will not write, per fandom.
2. The author can set what rating levels they're willing to write for.
3. The drabbles can be no longer than 100 words.

I'll write BtVS, Angel, and Lost. No slash or smut. If you request one, you don't have to post this challenge; I know not everyone's up for it. I'd rather not write post S5 Spuffy.

Let's get those plot bunnies a-hoppin'!

Well, the concept of the Gunn one was interesting, but I'm not sure it works in the execution. Ah well.

It's been a long time since I've drabbled. Nice to see I haven't lost the knack.

Title: Not an Animal
Author: babies stole my dingo (agilebrit)
Fandom: Angel
Rating: PG
Length: Drabble (100 words)
Disclaimer: Joss is the genius behind these characters; I am but a lowly follower. I make no money from any of this, so please don’t sue me.
Written for: [livejournal.com profile] sunnyd_lite requested pre-S5 Fred. I decided to go way back.
Notes: Fred re-affirms her humanity.

I got away. Don’t remember how. Or even why, lots of times. At least here, I can think. Course, mostly the thinking goes round in circles, but that’s okay because circles are nice things, all circly, and orderly, and sometimes they make spirals and the spirals take you down down down into the essence of what’s real, and then they explode into chaos, which is another kind of order. Maybe someday I’ll be able to organize that chaos into a way to get home.

I’m not a cow, I think fiercely, writing more formulas on my cave wall. I’m not.

Title: Therapy
Author: babies stole my dingo (agilebrit)
Fandom: Angel
Rating: PG
Length: Drabble (100 words)

Written for: [livejournal.com profile] tobywolf13 requested Spike, Fred, and Crash Bandicoot.
Notes: Post “Damage.” Fred unwittingly pulls Spike out of a funk.

Spike slouched on the sofa in his barren apartment, staring at nothing. The scars around his arms itched; his mind itched more.

Soulless, evil thing. He’d been that, once upon a time. But whoever’d victimized the Dana girl wasn’t missing a soul. Missing something else, maybe. Sometimes, he thought, the tortures humans devised were more monstrous than anything demons could concoct.

The knock at his door startled him, and he found Fred standing there, holding a GameCube. “Physical therapy,” she said, smiling.

As they played Crash Bandicoot, he reflected that she was giving him more than one kind of therapy.

And now that last week's [livejournal.com profile] quotage_icons have been judged, I can post this:
