@#$%& Weather!

The weather sucks. It's barely been getting up to freezing here in the normally lovely Salt Lake Valley, and the inversion has made the air and the general atmosphere just miserable. We have had maybe a five-minute glimpse of the sun in the last two weeks. I can't remember the last time I saw the mountains.

With all that in mind...we're going out of town on Friday. We are going to fly down to Phoenix and visit a store that sells Oaxacan carvings, and then we're going to visit the three (count 'em!) zoos/wildlife parks in the area.

It'll be good to see the sun again.
