Actually, Rousseau's writing wasn't the Bobby Darin version of Beyond the Sea, but actually an older version called La Mer. It went like this:

La mer
Qu'on voit danser le long des golfes clairs
A des reflets d'argent
La mer
Des reflets changeants
Sous la pluie

La mer
Au ciel d'été confond
Ses blancs moutons
Avec les anges si purs
La mer bergère d'azur
Infinie

Voyez
Près des étangs
Ces grands roseaux mouillés
Voyez
Ces oiseaux blancs
Et ces maisons rouillées

La mer
Les a bercés
Le long des golfes clairs
Et d'une chanson d'amour
La mer
A bercé mon coeur pour la vie

Someone in the TWoP forums posted it and the English translation. I think that's pretty cool - and Maggie Grace is a really good singer.

All in all, I thought it was a good episode, even if Kate's backstory is friggin' hard to understand. She orchestrates a bank robbery to get inside a safety deposit box that contains a toy airplace that belonged to the man she loved/killed. Why she would want the plane or why the plane was in the safety deposit box are never explained.

Also never explained: why Sawyer didn't take off his damn jeans when going swimming!
