Casablanca, Singin' in the Rain, and Gone With the Wind. If modern Hollyweird tries to remake them, it will just screw them up. NO TOUCHY. NOT THE MAMA.

Hollywood already tried with Casablanca. TV miniseries in the '70s or '80s. Went over like a pregnant pole-vaulter.

I'll go with a few more modern movies: Star Wars and Raiders of the Lost Ark. They can remake Revenge of the Sith. Dialogue sucked.
