When fandom and real life collide.

So, yeah. I had a dream where [livejournal.com profile] paulgenesse, Bruce Campbell, and I were talking about "Sherlock Holmes." I remember absolutely nothing concrete about the conversation, just that it took place.

I am a sad, strange little girl.

Okay, first off, I'm giggling my head off over your icon.
Too CUTE

And I must be a sad girl too...because my first thought when I read this was, "Oh WOW, I would have loved to hear that conversation!"

:)

I'd love to remember the conversation. I'm going to blame the dream on the fact that I saw Paul and had dinner with him last weekend, I've got a Buy.com page for "Brisco County Jr" open in a tab and someone had a "What Would Bruce Campbell Do" t-shirt at LTUE, and, of course, Sherlock Holmes is the obsession du jour. But why my dream combined them thus...

The icon begged to be made. And it's multi-purpose! LOL

Pardon me while I *flail*...

Brisco County Jr!!

Ehem, yes, Bruce Campbell is truly made of awesome on an epic level. ;)

And you can pick it up at Buy.com right now for the princely sum of $25, shipped.

Once, in a very strange moment, I told Bruce Campbell that I wrote Buffy fan fiction. Without blinking, he said, "The producers read that, you know."

Somehow, not comforting. :)

He'd probably love discussing SH with you. He loves the fan interaction.

I would dearly love to have a conversation with him. He seems like "one of us," you know?

I once saw him live, and he was a hoot. He was taking questions from the audience, and at one point, somebody asked a truly boneheaded question. He said, "That's a stupid question. Why would you ask that?" and moved on to the next person. My hero, seriously.

Now that's a cool dream. :)
