LOL I got in the habit of using "damb" instead of "damn" because on the eBay Bidding Board, any use of profanity even as mild as that is grounds for a reprimand from TPTB. So..."damb" is tolerated and gets the point across. Go figure. That's also the reason you'll see me use "carp" instead of "crap" sometimes. It's not a typo; I do it on purpose.

It's funny the things you pick up from being in different places. Like saying "Oh my heck" (a unique Utah-ism) instead of "Oh my God." You should have seen the expression on my parents' faces the first time they heard me say that. ROFL
