OW, dammit.

I woke up in the middle of the night with a massive crick in my neck.

It's still there.

The ibuprofen can kick in just any time.

And now I know what it is. Stretching BAD. Gotcha.

It hurts and makes me a cranky teacher. I hope it's somewhat better on Monday, when I have a two-hour drive to go dig fossils...

Trust me, I'm none too happy about this either. I've got to sit sideways craning my neck for hours on end tonight as I work the instant replay stuff at the hockey games for my class. Ouch! At least ibuprofen helps a little bit....
