OMG HEROES

Oh my heck, it's GOOD to have my show back.

The good:
  • Peter going invisible to fight Sylar. Dude, that was awesome.
  • Ted can do an EMP! Who knew. That was So. Cool.
  • Mama Petrelli hinting that she's known all along that Peter and Nathan had powers. Wonder what hers is?
  • Isaac's messenger/fanboy. That was adorkable.
  • Oh, Isaac. :( But he went out GOOD. *hearts*
  • Hiro and Future!Hiro in the same room! DUDE!
  • Ando: "I'm so confused." Hee.
  • The timeline thingy was just neat. Poor Hiro. *sniffles for him, especially after reading this week's graphic novel*
  • Linderman has a power too! Which, yeah, I already knew because I've been reading the graphic novels during the hiatus.

The bad:
  • Even the Hubby thought the hug between Claire and Nathan was "creepy." *snerk*
  • Sending Claire away to France = not smart, guys. Don't do it.
  • Shapeshifting Bitch (I can't be arsed to remember her name) needs to die. She has no redeeming qualities whatsoever.
  • Mohinder can die too. The dumb is strong with this one; if he dies, the collective IQ of the characters goes up at least twenty points.
  • Dude, Sylar can't paint At All. His painting was fugly.

The ugly:
  • Was I the only one yelling at Mohinder: "Kill Sylar while he's unconscious, YOU MORON!!!" For someone who's supposed to be smart, Mohinder is remarkably stupid sometimes a LOT. (See above: Mohinder's IQ.)
  • Took them long enough to yank that hunk of glass out of Peter's skull. This was another series of scenes where I was shaking my head and yelling at the TV.
  • [livejournal.com profile] trollprincess pointed this out: Micah is smart enough to know when Jessica rather than Niki is talking to him on the phone, but not smart enough to figure out that Shapeshifting Bitch isn't his mother when she's standing right there? Kinda strains credulity.

Only four more episodes left? *cries* I have no theories, I'm just along for the ride, man. But now I need to DL the ep so I can go back and look at the paintings again.

*eyes entry* They sure crammed a lot into that hour, didn't they?

Yeah, there were a lot of things in the ep that didn't jive quite right with the rest of the season. Can you tell this was where the writers had a break or something?! Maybe they even hired new writers. Who knows.

But Mohinder learned his lesson the hard way last time about NOT KILLING SYLAR when he had the chance. I don't know what he was thinking! But I don't want him killed off. He's too pretty. And he is smart. Remember what he did to Sylar the first time around? I was impressed by that. (But again I refer to new writers dumbing him down.)

I was mostly bothered that no one thought to remove the glass from Peter's head. Granted Mohinder and the Petrelli's didn't know anything about that particular healing gift of his (only Claire did) but still you would think they'd have removed it. BUT then I did think about his long hair hiding it and maybe they didn't see it.

And Micah. *sigh* That same thing bothered me about him not being able to tell it was his mom. He even named (I think) Jessica and could tell when she was in "charge" of his mom. By voice on the phone anyway. She'd had them all fooled the last few weeks/months she was working for Linderman as a hit man. She learned to put on an act. BUT in Micah's favor, maybe he KNEW she wasn't his mom and the army of body guards out front wasn't a good sign. Maybe he was just playing along to keep safe. Maybe. ;)
